When to contact Customer Success
Reach out to Customer Success for help with:
- renewals and subscription questions
- adding licenses or discussing account growth
- updating support contacts or account information
- finding the right path for Professional Services or Training
- learning more about FileWave Assist or FileWave Continuity
- getting routed to the right FileWave resource when you are not sure who owns the request
For break/fix technical issues, Customer Technical Support is the fastest route.
For planned work such as onboarding, migrations, training, architecture reviews, or other service-led projects, Customer Success can connect you with Professional Services & Training.
