# FileWave Central Server and Assistants Menu Reference

FileWave Central groups administrative tools under the **Server** and **Assistants** menus. The available Assistants can vary by FileWave version and administrator permissions.

## Server menu

### Activation Code…

Opens the FileWave activation details used to license the environment.

### Update Model…

Writes pending administrative changes to the FileWave Server database and creates the Model manifest sent to Clients. Update the Model after changing devices, Filesets, Deployments, or other settings that affect managed devices.

### Revert to Last Model…

Returns the Server to the previous Model. This does not necessarily undo changes that devices have already completed, so review the affected Deployments and devices before reverting.

### Get Logfile…

Retrieves a copy of the current FileWave Server process log for troubleshooting.

### Open Logfile Folder

Opens the folder on the FileWave Central computer that contains Server logs retrieved with **Get Logfile…**.

### Fileset Magic

**Fileset Magic** compares snapshots taken before and after software is installed or configured, then builds a Fileset from the detected changes. See [**Filesets / Payloads**](https://kb.filewave.com/books/filesets-payloads "Filesets / Payloads") for related deployment workflows.

### Imaging…

Opens the Imaging pane used to associate disk images with devices for re-imaging. See [Network Imaging / IVS](https://kb.filewave.com/books/network-imaging-ivs "Network Imaging / IVS").

### Search Autopkg…

Searches AutoPkg recipes and creates macOS software Filesets. See [AutoPkg with FileWave](https://kb.filewave.com/books/integrations/chapter/autopkg-with-filewave).

### Search Winget…

### Enroll Android Device…

### Create Play Store Fileset

Creates a Fileset for an application selected from managed Google Play.

### Enroll iOS Device…

Opens the assistant for manual Apple MDM enrollment.

### Search App Store…

Searches Apple App Store content and creates an application Fileset for deployment.

### VPP Code Management… / VPP User Management…

Provides the legacy Apple volume-purchase code and user management workflows.

### ADE Association Management…

### Activation Lock Management…

Displays stored Activation Lock status and bypass codes for supported supervised Apple devices.

### Full Disk Encryption Management

### Manage Administrators…

Opens the management pane for creating, editing, and managing FileWave administrator and sub-administrator accounts.

### Show Locked Items

Shows items currently controlled or edited by a FileWave administrator. Administrators can use this view to identify who holds a lock before deciding whether intervention is needed.

### Audit History…

Displays the history of actions performed by FileWave administrators.

### Show Current Online Administrators

Shows administrators currently signed in to FileWave Central. Authorized administrators can use this view to identify sessions associated with locked items and force a user to sign out when necessary.

### LDAP Browser…

Displays the directory tree from the LDAP configuration in FileWave Preferences.

### File Search…

Searches for files inside Filesets. Select a result and use **Reveal in Fileset** to open the Fileset that contains it.

### Unmanaged Devices…

Opens the inventory pane for tracked devices that do not run the FileWave Client, such as printers, scanners, and cameras.

### Show Scheduled Reports

Displays scheduled Reports that email inventory results to configured recipients.

### Custom Fields
