Removing Android Devices Wipe Device Send a wipe command to erase the device. On the next Google sync, the device should turn red in FileWave. You can then delete the device and update the model. Removing a device without enrollment If the device is erased locally or the FileWave Client is removed, FileWave and Google do not know that the device is gone. Deleting it from FileWave can look successful at first, but Google will add it back on the next synchronization. Use the same cleanup path: send the Wipe command, wait for the next Google synchronization, then delete the device once it turns red in FileWave.
