FileWave Kiosk 1.0 for macOS and Windows (EOL)

As the new desktopFileWave Kiosk 2.0 replaced the original desktop Kiosk for macOS and Windows released within FileWave 15.3.0. InKiosk 2.0 is 64-bit. During the 15.3.x and 15.4.x transition, the oldclient also included Kiosk 1.0.
