FileWave Central Reports Toolbar

In FileWave Central 16.3.0 and later, the feature previously called Queries is named Reports. The InventoryReports toolbar consistsprovides ofthese sixcommon simple tools plus the Delete item:

• NewUpdate QueryModel –applies Createspending amodel new blank querychanges.
• New GroupReport – Createscreates a newblank queryInventory Group to contain queries specific to any criteria you chooseReport.
• EditNew QueryGroup –creates Opensa the designated querygroup for alterationorganizing related reports.
• RefreshEdit Report – Forces a rescan ofopens the Inventoryselected databasereport to reload the data for that querydefinition.
• DuplicateRefresh –reruns Createsthe anselected identicalreport copyagainst ofcurrent ainventory querydata.

Duplicate copies the selected report so you can editchange the copy andwithout notaltering the originaloriginal. Delete removes the selected report or report group.

In FileWave 16.3.0 and later, install the maintained examples from Reports > Import Reports > Example Reports Content Pack. The old Refresh Samples –action Restoresis no longer available.

FileWave 16.2.5 and earlier
