Note By PN: we need to explain why we have Critical updates as a main flag and Critical updates as category - to me it's confusing.
We need to refer to Microsoft doc showing that the first one is a flag "critical = True/False", while the other one is an arbitrary category, and that the value of both is entirely decided by Microsoft, and you can have a "critical=True" update which is not part of "Critical Updates" category, hence the 2 switches in the UI.
