FileWave's TeamViewer integration requires endpoint prerequisites on each supported platform.  i(Pad)OS Inis futurerelatively versions, simplistic we may embed some of these prerequisites, but at this time we erred on the side of letting you control the elements.  So, slightly more work but much greater control.though.

When/Why

We'll

Requirements:

need
to meet prerequisites for iOS/iPadOS mobile devices for TeamViewer to work seamlessly.  We'll need the new

  • the
  • TeamViewer QuickSupport application as well. App (Technically, available the TeamViewer QSthrough App can be run or installed by the customer, but pre-deploying makes the experience much more seamlessStore and avoidsdeployable issuesthrough MDM with licenses,VPP)
  • etc.) The
  • FileWave server must be at least 14.7 for fullfull, functionality.allowed control (Amount of options will vary per OS Vendor and OS type)
  • Permissions.  (Apple devices require user approval for Screen Control).

User Approval is an Apple requirement for user privacy protection

Note:i(Pad)OS with Manyolder versions of youFileWave, probably currently only employrequired the WebFileWave ClipKiosk version of the Kiosk, but TeamViewer will only work with theApp IPA versionbe ofdeployed theto kioskdevices, becausewhich we must have an application on the device that can receive a push notification.  The IPA canmay be downloaded from the mainrelevant FileWaveDownload downloadPages page.and deployed through FileWave.
