On Windows the Port Tester uses VC++ which is included in both FileWave Central as well as Client, but if you run this tool on a device without any FileWave tools installed then you may need to download the x64 VC++ redistributable from here Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads and then the scanner will function without issue.
