Port Tester v16

Use Port Tester to validate FileWave connectivity during troubleshooting.

On Windows, you may need the latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable before the scanner will run correctly.

Debug Uploader Tool

The Debug Uploader Tool collects diagnostic information from a FileWave server and securely uploads it to Support. Run this only when FileWave Support asks you to do so.
