Step-by-step guide

SetupSet up the integration on the InvgateInvGate side:

  1. EnsureMake sure you arecapture capturing Useruser data in Invgateboth asInvGate welland asFileWave. FileWave (LDAP integration in both systems ishelps wise to ensure you are dealing withkeep the same user datarecords across systems).aligned.
  2. In theInvGate, Invgate>go to "Admin" > "Integrations" tab,and define the following fields:

  1. Click "Save"
  2. Wait for the data to by synchronizedsynchronize from FileWave to InvgateInvGate.
  3. Create a new request based onusing the new Assetasset information now populatingpopulated Invgate.in NoteInvGate. theThe new assets populatingappear in the left left-hand column of the InvgateInvGate "New Request" dialog.
