FileWave Product Roadmap and Feedback

FileWave Innovate provides one private product board for reviewing FileWave's roadmap direction and participating in product feedback. Use it to explore roadmap themes, search existing ideas, vote or comment, and submit a new suggestion.

Open the FileWave Product Roadmap and Feedback Board

FileWave SSO is required. The product board is a private customer space. Select Continue with FileWave SSO and sign in with an account that has access to FileWave Innovate.

Get access

If you do not have a FileWave SSO login, your account has not been enabled for Innovate, or the SSO sign-in does not work, contact Customer Success for help with access.

You can also open the product-feedback destination from the Help menu in FileWave Central.

Use the product board

  • Review roadmap direction. Use roadmap content to understand themes and capabilities FileWave is exploring, planning, or delivering.
  • Search before submitting. If an existing idea covers the same need, vote for it and add useful context instead of creating a duplicate.
  • Submit actionable feedback. Describe the administrator outcome, current friction, affected platforms or workflows, examples, and any safety, policy, or timing constraints.
  • Protect sensitive information. Do not include passwords, tokens, customer data, logs containing secrets, or other confidential information in an idea or comment.

How FileWave uses feedback

FileWave Product Management considers customer feedback alongside support experience, product research, engineering input, platform requirements, and delivery constraints. Product Management works across engineering, user experience, Customer Success, Technical Support, and industry specialists to understand the outcome and tradeoffs behind a request.

Roadmap content communicates current direction. Priorities and timing can change as evidence, platform requirements, and delivery constraints change, so roadmap items are planning context rather than contractual release commitments.
