TeamViewer integration overview

What

FileWave's TeamViewer integration starts remote support sessions for managed devices. It replaced the legacy Observe Client workflow and supports attended or unattended access when the platform setup and FileWave Client permissions allow it.

When to use it

Use TeamViewer when a technician needs to view or control a remote device for support. TeamViewer licensing is assigned to technicians, not to each managed device or end user.
