FileWave Kiosk can show the following status messages for apps assigned with user-based VPP licensing. Use the exact message to distinguish missing organization licenses, exhausted available licenses, device-assignment limits, and user-account problems.

The organization has no purchased licenses for this app.

The organization owns the app, but no licenses are currently available for assignment.

application is not device assignable

The app does not support device-based license assignment. Use an eligible user-based assignment instead.

acquired (but your VPP account was retired)

The app was acquired, but the user's invitation to the organization's VPP account has been retired.

A license is available for assignment.

available (but your VPP account is not)

The app uses user-based assignment, but the device is not linked to a VPP user account.
